Our Weight Loss package includes two initial hypnotherapy sessions with Dr Catherine who will work with you to identify the underlying reasons for your weight gain and create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals. During the hypnotherapy sessions, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation where Catherine will use specific techniques to help you make lasting changes to your eating habits and mindset. You'll then have a follow up session in two months time which gives Catherine a chance to check in with you and provide any additional support that is needed.
In addition, you'll receive an ebook packed full of tips and hints to support you on your weight loss journey.
The ebook is a valuable resource filled with practical tips and strategies to help you stay motivated and on track. It covers topics such as why most diets fail, exercise and the importance of eating healthily as well as the importance of sleep and mindset when trying to lose weight.

And as well as all this, you'll also receive a printable weight loss journal to help with tracking your food, water intake and exercise as well as space to meal plan and record your weight and body measurements.
