2. Booking and Payment When you book a hypnotherapy session with us through our website, you will be required to pay an initial booking fee. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment and is non-refundable if you cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. If you give more than 48 hours notice, you may move your appointment to a different date or time or request a refund of your deposit. The remaining balance of the session fee must be paid by bank transfer no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give us at least 48 hours notice. If you give less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay the full session fee if you wish to rebook your appointment. If you give more than 48 hours notice, you may move your appointment to a different date or time or request a refund of your booking fee.

4. Hypnotherapy Sessions Hypnotherapy sessions are provided by Dr Catherine Harris, a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, and its effectiveness may vary from person to person. While we will make every effort to help you achieve your desired outcome, we cannot guarantee results.
